Voice of motivation

If you are waiting for someone to come swing by your lounge room and whack you over the head with the motivation stick you’ll be waiting a long time.

The time to workout is now.

The excuse you are telling yourself is not valid. (Unless you have a broken leg or gastro type level of excuse).

It is time to have your own inner voice to tell you “GET UP”.  To tell you that you DO want success more than failure. You DO want sweaty and slimmer more than sitting and relaxing plumper.

You will get to your goal. One step at a time.

Even if you do half a workout it will be better than none.

 

Get up.

Go.

Do it.

NOW.
