Well more her idea.
I was making pikelets and she grabbed banana, peeled it then broke it into 3 pieces (mummy, daddy and her).
Hmm… How on Earth would this work?
Anyway, I just put it in the pan with only the batter on it, rolled it after a while, then a third time. It looked cooked. I sliced it to make sure it wasn’t too hot. I also made regular pikelets.
